Registration

There are a series of clinics and tryouts that take place each winter. For a player to participate in either, they must complete the registration process. The forms for registration are located in the box to the left. Click on each form, and it will open as a PDF file in a separate window. Print both of these forms, fill them each out completely, and have your player bring it to the clinic or tryout they are eligible to attend.

Check the Home Page or the Calendar for dates, times, and locations for all clinics and tryouts.
